My theory is this: Women are tasked with the establishing the first experience given to a child such as potty training or other forms of societal control - this is difficult for the child and a resentment of females comes from that partly. Another reason is simple - females are not as powerful physically as males - their lack of force -testosterone - is interpreted as weakness even with a small child. My parrots know the difference between a female and male and they act accordingly - the 2cnd amendment works for a reason and even the littlest ones get that vibe
