I wrote about the use of seclusion and restraint trends in youth residential treatment centers. Tl;dr: we need more high quality, publicly available data to adequately provide oversight on this harmful practice. @viscidula

What an amazing experience being a delegate this week for the #SWfutures2024 lab. Grateful for this immersive time with such beautiful minds. “Four days, four experiential futures, one shared metavirtual space devoted to curiosity and possibility”!

Mental health intervention/dissemination scientists, pls pay attention to this facet of 988 rollouts

I took care of kids and families with HIV/AIDS before there was treatment. I diagnosed newborns and had to tell new parents the whole family was likely to die from the disease. @NevarezBrewster That happened to me at my first conference and I wish I had had your wonderful mindset! Congratulations on your hugely successful accomplishment of presenting at a conference, I’m excited to see where your work takes you!!

I've been taking a sick day every week to try to heal from the trauma of the anti-Black racism I experience in my college (and documenting the reason for my leave in the HR system). Workplace trauma is REAL. And in case you didn't know, Dr. Cox and I are at the *same* institution
