Hey @AirFranceFR nice way of saving some $$$ ... customers with a claim are sent around in circles and the customer care routing hangs up on you. That is one way to keep it lean. #neveragain #neverairfrance

@dreioesterreich Totaler Service Fail! Online shop legt mir zweiten Vertrag in den Korb - ungefragt - nur damit man mir dann nach Vertragsruecktritt von meinem Konto Geld abbucht. Service Dame legt mir bei Anruf dann einfach auf. 🧐 Sag mal geht es euch noch?

@united had a bit of a surprising customer service experience: my $200 swiss army suitcase is ripped to shreds coming off a UA flight and you offer me a $50 replacement? Not sure how to take this. Your representative told me that is all they could do. Very surprised.
