[Scott Fustin @sfustin]

@vnessified I know you are making fun of this but I'm currently searching where to buy one.

[Scott Fustin @sfustin]

@vnessified I've never actually had a Mac work better after an update. Best to just stick to the OS it was built to run on and not upgrade.

@XboxSupport2 I'm not giving Microsoft more money to fix a product that was defective right out of the box. Thank you for the help anyway.

[Scott Fustin @sfustin]

@XboxSupport2 I paid $500 for a system that shipped with a bad drive. Now I have to pay $130 to fix that problem?

[Scott Fustin @sfustin]

@XboxSupport2 Yes. Phone support had me do the things listed on that page. Based on hundreds of forum posts bad disk readers are a problem.

[Scott Fustin @sfustin]

@XboxSupport2 Mine has been doing it since day one too. But 2 or 3 tries of inserting disk usually works. Now won't play at all.

[Scott Fustin @sfustin]

@XboxSupport2 Called already. Said I have to pay for repair. Won't play disks. Forums suggest this is a widespread problem since day one.

[Scott Fustin @sfustin]

@XboxSupport Why does microsoft not have email support? Do I really need to tweet my hardware issues to get help?

[Scott Fustin @sfustin]

@vnessified @pixlr is pretty much the closest thing you can find to a browser based Photoshop. It works beautifully.
