@DocAhmadMalik Unless these measures are passed by the UK Parliament, they don't apply in the UK and the UK Government has no power to enforce them. I have signed the petition, because this shabby, corrupt government is quite willing to circumvent constitutional law for its own nefarious ends.

@Lambrettaman6 They may well have done. Life as a slave labourer in Germany was better than in the Soviet Union. Any Soviet soldiers taken prisoner by the Germans would have been shot on return to the USSR, or at least imprisoned for years in the Gulag - by direct order of Stalin.

@HelenRaines11 Well, there's obviously no persuading you. But I stand by my beliefs. Ukrainians, having their own language, culture, and now religion, have the right to self-determination. Putin(not Russians in general) is attempting to deny this by force of arms.
