A career in the Police Force is often considered an 'iron rice bowl' in Singapore due to its income stability and regular bonuses.
Despite this, I still chose to leave after 11 years and these were my main reasons.

Having built up my finances (both savings and investments) during my 11 years in the Police Force, I felt I could take some risks and explore other options.
Thus I took the leap of faith and finally resigned on June 2023.

Lendlease REIT released its FY2024 results in early August and the numbers were not good at all.

All things considered, I still expect FY2025 DPU to decline as the negatives will likely outweigh the positives.
Thus, I will definitely not be investing in the REIT at its current price. Though I may consider if its price drops to around $0.40.
On the surface, Keppel DC REIT's 1H 2024 results seemed rather stable.
However, I have some concerns after digging into it a little more. Most of it revolves around the Singapore colocation data centre assets.
