“I guarantee that @JudgeJeanine will not charge anyone for dumping chemicals into the reflecting pool. Because if they had any evidence they would be parading it around 24/7,” Lieu wrote on X in response to a clip of Pirro ranting on Fox News.

“The reality is Trump screwed up the reflecting pool by overpaying on a no bid contract to an amateur,” he added.

The Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool has become a defining debacle for the Trump administration in recent weeks. The President boasted that he was going to beautify the pool while slamming Obama for failing to do so. Trump poured $14.7 million of your tax dollars into the project, only for the algae to bloom more vividly than ever before. The entire pool turned a sickly green color, at which point Trump’s minions began dumping hydrogen peroxide into the water, exacerbating the discoloration. Soon after, strips of blue lining began to flake and dislodge from the pool’s lining.

Rather than admit that he made a mistake by handing the renovation contracts to shady, incompetent firms — including one operated by a convicted felon — Trump has begun insisting that "sick" and "deranged" vandals are to blame. Pirro has eagerly embraced the insane narrative.

"Anyone who is in a position of vandalizing or attempting to vandalize will face the criminal justice system in D.C.," she said. “Look, the president has made it a priority to make D.C. not only safe, but beautiful.”

Obviously, nobody is vandalizing the pool. Trump and Pirro know that, but they also know that the Republican base is gullible enough to believe anything that Trump says. They bought his lies about the 2020 election without a shred of evidence and now they’re eagerly gobbling up this Reflecting Pool propaganda.

Our best recourse is do what Congressman Lieu is doing: call them out at every turn. Republicans won’t listen to us, but the Independents who decide elections will!

BREAKING: Trump humiliates himself in the Oval Office by insisting that James Comey's seashell message endangered his life because it used a "mob term" and he's a "dirty cop."

There's pathetic and then there's whatever the hell this is...

"Do you really think that he was endangering your life or threatening your life with that?" CNN's Kaitlan Collins asked Trump in the Oval Office.

Yesterday, Trump's corrupt Justice Department announced a new sham indictment against Comey based on an image he posted to social media. It showed seashells arranged to spell out "86-47." The former FBI Director was clearly calling on America to get rid of the 47th president by impeaching and removing him, but the White House is insisting that it was a call to violence.

"Well, if anybody knows anything about crime, they know eighty-six. You know an eight-six— It's a mob term for kill him, you know?" said Trump.

In reality, "86" is not a mob term nor a reference to murder. It simply means to get rid of or end something. In this case it meant getting rid of Trump through impeachment for any of the myriad crimes that he has and continues to commit.

"You know, you ever see the movies? Eighty six him," Trump continued. "The mobster says to one of his wonderful associates, eighty-six him. And that means kill him. It's uh... I think of it as a mob term. People think of it as something having to do with disappearing. But the mob uses that term to say when they want to kill somebody."

"They say eighty-six, the son of a gun. I'm trying to keep the language nice and clear," Trump rambled on. "They don't use that term 'son of a gun.' They use another term. But that's a mob term for kill him."

"But do you really think your life was in danger?" asked Collins.

"Probably I don't know, you know, based on— Based on what I'm seeing out there. Yeah— The people like Comey have created tremendous danger, I think, for politicians and others," said Trump. "You know, Comey is a dirty cop. He's a very dirty cop. He cheated on the elections. He tried to help Hillary Clinton, as you know. He dismissed a lot of things that he should have proceeded with. I wasn't involved, but he should have proceeded with. No, he's a dirty cop. He's a crooked man."

In reality, Comey hurt Hillary Clinton by improperly announcing that the FBI was reopening a probe into her emails shortly before the 2016 election. He boosted Trump's electoral performance but Trump resents him and hates him because he refused to rubber-stamp MAGA's rampant criminality.

This indictment isn't about justice. Nobody genuinely thinks that Comey was threatening Trump. This is about terrorizing a political enemy of the president through wanton weaponization of the Justice Department.

BREAKING: WHO’s IN CHARGE? Kash Patel gets caught wandering around doing NOTHING immediately after shooting at WHCD … while his girlfriend was in a closet with another man!

Chaos erupted at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner when a security breach forced an evacuation of the ballroom. While the Secret Service and others sprang into action, FBI Director Kash Patel was seen aimlessly wandering the hallway, looking completely lost and doing absolutely nothing to take command of the situation.

Moments earlier, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and his wife Cheryl Hines had been ushered into an elevator. Then Jeanine Pirro emerged. Patel came tearing across the hallway with two men in tow, but his girlfriend, Country singer Alexis Wilkins, was reportedly hiding in a room with another man who was holding her hand.

Reporters were eventually allowed back into the ballroom, and the show went on as if nothing had happened.

The optics are catastrophic. As head of the FBI, you would think Patel would have been charging into action, coordinating agents, and securing the scene. Instead, he looked like a spectator at a loss for what to do.

Of course, Patel is thought by many to be on this ice already. He facing explosive reports about heavy drinking, unexplained absences, and erratic behavior.

And when duty called, instead of leading the response to a major security incident at a high-profile Washington event, he was wandering around looking dazed while his girlfriend was hiding with another man.

Although we don’t yet have the details about the motives behind last night's shooting at the White House Correspondents Dinner, it’s incumbent upon all us to reject the idea that violence has any place in our democracy. It’s also a sobering reminder of the courage and sacrifice that U.S. Secret Service Agents show every day. I’m grateful to them – and thankful that the agent who was shot is going to be okay.
