@LFCVine I would. Andoni could work wonders with him. And I think he would have value. Give him a 1yr contract with option for 2 more for the club if certain milestones are hit. Free so why not. We sold for 50M a year ago
@Daniel_Mpela Why not. Need a striker in Hugo’s absence, easy deal to do, get him in form with killer pre season raring to prove people wrong, make some money on him if it doesn’t work out.
🔴Elliot Anderson would be a better signing for #LFC this summer than Adam Wharton.
Wharton is a technically gifted footballer, but i think Anderson's athleticism & defensive work is better.
He's more dynamic & he can play more roles.
LFC fans which midfielder do you prefer?
@jesperbkk@Liverpool_zy I agree, but also think he / family wants to move back to Spain, we would need to increase squad size / depth. Seems a good fit but hasn’t managed a big club
@Mobyhaque1 2/2 long term trend, lack of use of Curtis after performing, lack of physicality in signings (and robustness) n in midfield n also Richard Hughes… - overplaying Gakpo. Bring in some fresh perspectives for marginal gains. Bring back running n pressing
@Mobyhaque1 1/2 I think we need change. Lack of player development (Rio is the exception), lack of trust in subs and keeping them engaged, lack of patterns of play or solutions when we have had major injuries, lack of intensity which points to not enough training (si brundish Substack)
Andoni Iraola 🇪🇸
This is the manager I want, proven in the premiership too.
Aggressive high pressing football, his team is one of the best in transition and play with high intensity and physicality.
This is the football I want to see at Anfield. #LFC
@stehoare I’d go after Iraola. Think we need to go back to that football. And hope we can start to recruit for that high pressing football again and recruit for physicality because we have bought more technical profiles thus far. Isak was prone to muscle injuries before arriving.
