I request your urgent intervention to:
1.Cancel the said policy linked to my account immediately.
2.Refund all wrongly deducted charges to my account.
3.Take accountability for the inconvenience caused to me due to poor support.
Instead of resolving my issue, I am being given excuses and redirected to different people each time. This behavior amounts to making customers run in circles and is extremely disappointing from a reputed bank like SBI.
