For the time attempting reloads of the same page until you regain access seems to be the best temporary fix.
We've identified some issues that may have contributed to the outage and are currently addressing them. That said, most pages should load consistently with a handful of exceptions

Our team is looking into issues caused by a sudden Twitch API change. This includes errors cloning tournaments and registering for events that require Twitch connections.
