@UK_CAA@eurowings still refusing compensation for one passenger from December as they are saying I didn’t fly! (I most definitely did!) Worrying - can can you help?
@eurowings flight cancelled on 12th December, you are refusing compensation for 1 passenger as you state they didn't fly, but they did!! E-mails are extremely unhelpful @CAAi_UK maybe you can help??
@eurowings nearly 6 weeks on and 2 and a half months after we travelled and still no reply to my email?????? How do I take this further?? #poorcustomerservice
