Dear @SkodaIndia My car has been lying at your workshop for 15+ days for a minor gear-stuck issue. It hasn’t even been 6 months since purchase, yet there is no solution, no timeline, no call back from your team.
If your technical team cannot fix a car in 15 days — the time in which a new car can be manufactured — it raises serious questions about product quality and after-sales service.
Request urgent intervention from the leadership. This kind of customer experience is unacceptable.
