Still no refund from @TMobile no one called back and it has been 7 days since the day they told me it was absolutely going to happen. I believe no one at the company and don’t have the time to deal with this. they want me to DM and give info -I work for a living! Take care of it!
Absolutely miserable experience with @TMobile customer service. I’ve spent over 6 hours on the phone trying to get a refund for a device we never received after UPS lost the package. We even had to buy another phone out of pocket just to stay connected.
@TMobileHelp@TMobile Just look at the notes and fix it! I’m not sure why I have to waste more time as I dont have the time to do it right now. I’m at your mercy, I can’t do anything but wait for you. I’ve been dealing with this for 3+ months.
@ericswalwell I don't remember you making this set up video when Biden was President, who also had discretion. But it's Trump and his admin that is getting it done. Let's not pretend that your random, guy on the street, caught up with a reporter video is real or sincere.
@TMobileHelp Look up my information and push my refund through. I am done dealing with it. It’s obvious that @T-Mobile has an issue and is taking out on the customer. I can’t be bothered right now and will need to take care of it on my time.

@TMobileHelp@TMobile I’ve talked to 6 CSRs in the months I’ve been dealing with this including a supervisor. I’m not going to DM you. No one seems to want to help or reach out or correct this mistake. They pass the buck and say wait more days. I’m not spending anymore time on this with you as well
Just a quick update - it’s been 4 days since @TMobile promised I’d get my money back. On the phone for another hour and now I have to wait two more days. Yeah right! At this point it’s a bit of a joke. If I treated my clients like this I’d be out of a job. What a disgrace!
@TMobileHelp@TMobile Not interested in a round of DMs or being asked for tracking numbers. The items were already returned months ago, and I’ve wasted hours on the phone. This was a @TMobile & @UPS issue. Unless you can push the refund through, I’ll wait it out, and then I’m going back to @Verizon.
I manage a team myself, and when we make mistakes, we make it right for our clients. @TMobile clearly doesn’t share that value. Why should loyal customers who spend hundreds a month stay with a company that doesn’t take care of them?
Every time I call, I’m told “it’s been taken care of” — yet 3 months later, no refund. Tonight I spoke to a supervisor and asked, “What’s different this time?” Her answer: “Because I’m a supervisor.”
