@makemytripcare your support mail service wont reply to any of the mails. Your custimer support number is integrated with a #DummyAI which cant even understand the issue and end the call mentioning an error.
Do you have any valid support here?

@tvsmotorcompany My concern is the product got delivered on 8Aug but marked as delivrred on 07Aug. And it seems this is normal practice with the delivery. Why i received a message as delivered one day before which led to this confussion?

@tvsmotorcompany my order for spare parts was not delivered but it was marked as delivered. Call is not going through mobile customer support and i am not receiving any reply from mail communication.

@RockWithboAt customer support is pathetic. Calls will be answered by bot which will give incorrect info. Mails wont be answered for few weeks. Without proper tech if you integrate AI to customer support this will be the result.

Train 17016 was delayed more than 3 hrs and till now no intimation of its departure. Even the platform was announced after 2 hrs which led to more trouble to change platform with all my luggage.

@mystiquopulent @JioCare I am too a victim of this scam. They had charged me for service and hasnt provided any proper service. When i questioned then they will reply it as a technical issue and they are not aware of this only the main head office can handle it.
