@transport_wales how long until you guys are in charge of the busses, the first bus service departing Porthcawl at 06:31 arrives either late or not at all, making people late for work, also why is there no X2 before 07:25 seems odd, there is also no way to complain. Please help

@FirstCymru It’s not good enough, a whole bus of people left at Bridgend station because of poor planning, be assured I will be writing to all necessary people as this is not good enough, your company consistently fails its customers, you know the ones you need to support your business
@FirstCymru Greer job having the 21:10 bus turn up at Bridgend and to be told not going on to Porthcawl! What a joke, this is ridiculous at that time of night
@FirstCymru your x2 driver that has just left Bridgend station heading towards Porthcawl has refused my partner entry to the bus, closed the doors as she walked out of station to get on bus, opened the doors and blatantly told her she can’t get on, this is wholly unacceptable.
