Came across this yesterday someone went to a great length to get this mortise lock to fit and work. it only needed a new gearbox.
But unfortunately the damaged had been done!

Magnetic lock fitted to the Wool merchant Hotel back gates, today.

Repaired another lock at the Woolmerchants Hotel, lock had collapsed and staff couldn't open it. Opened and new lock fitted.

Did a lock for the Wool Merchant Hotel that had collasped, stripped the lock and changed a spring and all working again!

Done a tilt and turn window for Mrs T, window wouldn't lock, all stripped and repaired saving the lady money.

Opened a up back door For Mrs S Swaine, her back door gearbox had stopped working(ERA VECTIS). I opened the door fitted the new gearbox.

Been too help a lady in Hebden Bridge, had a problem opening the lock. Lock opened and replaced. Mrs HC thanks for the challenge.

still amazes me what you find when you go too open a door for a customer.
No handles, no key etc

had to repair a door today after some so called locksmith (driller killer) had a go and got it wrong then left the customer in the lurch.

Burglary is on the increase, again today had to repair a customer's property, door attempted to be broken into,so they broke the window.

This evening opened and serviced a safe whilst at customer house,

just repaired a door, for a customer , whos partner had a go at fitting a rim cyclinder and got it wrong
