@HMRCcustomers Thanks, I have already filled in the registration (a couple of months ago) but I don’t have access on the self service portal. How do I find out what has happened to my registration?
@HMRCcustomers I am trying to declare property income but the self assessment form only gives the option of reporting income for this year or next year. I need to declare for last year.
@HMRCcustomers Yes, not including the mortgage interest which I believe is non-deductible. I did apply for self assessment and have received login in details but this only seems to get me to the PAYE section and not the full self assessment form.
@HMRCcustomers I can’t as I submitted the form (declaring it as current year in the hope that it meant 23/24). But now when I go to my tax summary it shows the income against 24/25. I don’t seem to have any way to declare income for 23/24 even though I have registered for self assessment.
@HMRCcustomers No, when I registered for self assessment it didn’t give me the full questionnaire, I was just asked for my property income and whether it was this year or next. If I go to the tax year 23/24 on the website it just tells me I have paid the right amount of tax
@HMRCcustomers I have registered for self assessment, but all it is asking me to fill in is my property earnings and state whether it is this year or next year.
@KeeperTourney are you able to add functionality to allow players at a tournament to vote for best sports? At the moment most tournaments use scraps of paper to vote, but tourneykeeper must be a more efficient way if we are using it already for scores.
@virginmedia After 9 hours of text messages everyone from Virgin goes home and I have to start again from scratch the next day. Do virgin think that if they make it so hard to leave that people will just give up and keep handing over their money?
@virginmedia just to let you know I have tried 3 times today to cancel my account. Every time I am transferred to your cancellation team the call is immediately disconnected. I am therefore giving up and will just cancel my direct debit.
@zavvi_cs I’m currently waiting for the 48 hours your CS team ask for to respond. That will elapse at 9am tomorrow morning so I will wait to see if I hear anything....
@zavvi_cs have worst customer service I have come across. Have been promised call backs which never happened. Orders cancelled despite managers assuring me they wouldn’t. Still waiting for explanation but without much hope.
@zavvi_cs Hi Joe, I believe you emailed me last Wednesday (or maybe someone else called Joe in your CS team) and said that I would have my order by the end of last week. Instead of sending my order Zavvi have cancelled it.
@zavvi_cs I have been in touch. I tried to register a complaint and have been told by your customer service that there is basically no channel for me to raise a formal complaint. That basically only leaves me with Twitter as an option.
