@nykaacares No mail received . I have ordered so many times with you and this is how you respond by leaving me hanging out in the cold. If there is no resolution by Monday I am filing a consumer complaint.

@MyNykaa I placed an order (NYK-33310325-4167871) onthe 16-10 which was to be delivered on 20-10. On 20th I got a msg that only 1 of the item was out for delivery and was delivered but the order page showed both Items deliviered. I complained but to no avail.

@nykaacares Your internal enquiry is useless. This is clearly a case of fraud or mishandling of the parcel by the delivery partner. I specifically received a msg saying 1 item is out for delivery and it was delivered then how come both the items were marked delivered by the delivery partner?
