I booked a Room at colive lotus property @Lets_Colive on 17 April by seeing images on their app and make an advance of 2K but the pictures and actual images were totally different. So I denied to shift in the dirty room.

But there is a twist as when I create a request from one new contact no. they have side room but for already staying one there is no side room. I don’t know why you are making people fool & charging such a huge rent.I request you please change my room with proper ventilation ASAP
