I’ve been an @Xbox customer for 15 years or so. I’ve paid for Live since it was a thing, purchased multiple consoles, games and accessories. The latest conversation I had with @XboxSupport (not the agent, the company) just made a @PlayStation customer out of me, I think.

Hey @ATT your customer service and UVerse service are abysmal at this point. I can’t understand why it took me 3 years of issues to get a new modem and now that I have one it doesn’t work. I even have a device hardwired in and have no service. Your answer? $100 technician visit.
