@kzoeb I sort of remember experiencing lower back pain when I started running. Core work and being aware of running posture may help with that? I bet endurance runners experience back pain when their stride starts to fall apart. Could be an interesting way to research it.

@ChristinaToms Wonder if the ocean will breach when we get the storm surge and next high tide. There is noticeably more erosion towards the east in the last week. I can now see some of the previously buried reefs that way. It will be fun to watch this winter

@ChristinaToms Thanks!!! We just got back from a storm drive out there and was happy to read your responses. I finally got a good look and it and it all makes sense. So there is a sewage pipe under there and that’s why it isn’t dug out as deep as I would expect. Interesting!

@ChristinaToms I thought the lagoon would be to the west of the parking lot but it looks like they put a big berm in between the beach and the area they restored. Which I guess is creating the pond on what was the beach? Is that ponding the goal?

@hughhowey I love that spacey feel you get from jet lag and that's pretty much what I had after Moderna 1st and 2nd shot. Also dig the bonus 2 week anniversary you get after 2nd shot. You need to celebrate what you can these days!
