به بۆنهى هاتنەوەی جەژنی قوربان جوانترين و گهرمترين پيرۆزبايى پێشکەش بە هەموو موسڵمانانی ههرێمى كوردستان، عێراق و جيهان دهكهم. لە دڵەوە هیوای دڵخۆشیتان بۆ دەخوازم و هیوادارم ئەم جەژنە ببێتە مایەی ئارامی و برایەتی و خۆشگوزەرانی بۆ دانیشتوانی هەرێمی کوردستان.
إن الدستور الدائم للعراق هو ثمرة تعاون حقيقي بين إقليم كوردستان وجميع القوى السياسية العراقية. ولولا دعم وتصويت الكورد، لما تم إقرار هذا الدستور أبداً. كما أن السادة الذين يتصدرون اليوم هرم السلطة في بغداد كانوا شركاءنا الأساسيين في صياغة هذا الدستور. لكن ما يجري اليوم في البرلمان هو محاولة لفرض القرارات عبر “الأغلبية البرلمانية”. وهذا النوع من الأغلبية لا يمثل المصالح العليا للعراق كدولة متعددة القوميات والأديان.
لە میانەی سەردانی جەنابی سەرۆكی هەرێمی كوردستان بۆ بەغدا، پەیامی خۆمان گەیاندە لایەنەكانی چوارچێوەی هەماهەنگی و پێمان ڕاگەیاندن كە بوونی هێزە چەكدارەكانی دەرەوەی دامەزراوە فەرمییەكان، مەترسییە بۆ سەر سەقامگیریی ئایندەی عێراق.
