To Allah we belong and to Him we return.
Today, Shaykh Muhammad Alshareef - founder of DiscoverU and AlMaghrib - suddenly passed away.
This man was a giant in our Ummah, taught us the power of Dua, and to always rely on Allah. He raised a nation of Dua makers in all of us.
Allah mentions in the Qur'an that He returned Musa (as) to his mother so she wouldn’t be sad. Look at Allah’s concern for the sorrow in her heart.
Don’t you ever think that He doesn’t care about you. He is Al Wadud, The Most Loving. Hold on. He’s with you.
Do you you realize how powerful Laylatul Qadr is?
You pray, it's like you prayed for 83 years.
You repent, it's like you repented for 83 years.
You read the Quran, it's like you read it for 83 years.
83 years is a lifetime!
Ramadan is not a flash-sale that you rush to benefit from and then forget about.
It is a reset button that comes to change your lives for the better for the rest of the year.
Allah’s resources are infinite - your Dua doesn’t diminish them.

So many people know the power of Dua, but they close the door, blocking the light of Allah that’s already there.

Allah is Al-Wadud, the Loving. There is nobody beyond being forgiven. Even if you’ve wronged yourself, Allah’s love and forgiveness remain open for you
Sometimes we make Dua with all our heart, clinging to a certain outcome. But true trust in Allah comes when we say, “Ya Allah, whatever is best for them, for me, for us, let my heart be at ease with that.”
This is the place where surrender meets peace.
If somebody comes repenting to Allah we never close the door on them.
Allah swt says that tell those servants of mine who have transgressed against themselves don't lose hope in His mercy.
So the doors of forgiveness are always open.
All you've got to do is come back to Him
