Had the People's Mining Bill, sponsored by Makabayan bloc, passed this should not have happened. Instead, Noynoy shut the bill down, Duterte lifted the mining ban and Marcos Jr allowed this greedy mining company to operate and destroy Sierra Madre. Now we're in this predicament.

please do not ever question filipinos and their talent because you could find a kid on any random street in the philippines who could outsing, outdance, and outperform even without access to proper training or resources. we’ve never been short of talent, and this isn’t about competing with other countries or seeking their validation. it’s about recognizing the wealth of talent we’ve always had and creating more opportunities for it to thrive. filipino talent has always deserved a bigger stage, and that recognition is long overdue.
