Fraud - Very disappointing experience with DIGIGOLD purchase from Tanishq/Titan Group. Payment was debited instantly from my bank account, but even after 24+ hours gold is not credited to my account. Support says if order fails, refund may take 7–10 days.

Just had a shocking experience with @flyspicejet . Paid ₹1000 extra for a priority seat and boarded a flight with a broken AC vent taped with black tape. Raised safety concerns, but the crew, engineers even the pilot were completely dismissive,
