When the unemployment rate in J&K is already high and students waiting years to appear for an exam and after year what they get is

* Asking questions out of syllabus
*Copy pasting questions
*wrongly printed questions
* inaccurate key
*mistakes in questions
Leading to ultimate chaos, leading to court cases and disruption of whole recruitment process.

How hard is it at modern times that the only recruitment board of state is still not following basic recruitment protocols, many exams were nullified after years because paper wasn’t set as per syllabus, at the times when state is highest in drug addiction why is that only recruitment board can’t work efficiently, aren’t they accountable to anyone, isn’t any policy being followed were cross checking of papers is done at multiple levels, aren’t officials aware how may careers have been ruined because of them, aren’t they aware how hard it is for the students who have pinned hopes on these exams study 18 hours for years but what they get is this inefficiency and disorganised board, why should student bear inefficiency of the system? What is the fault of student in all this?

JKSSB needs overhaul, brilliant minds of administration must be put on pedestal, grievance cell be setup to answer on real times basis, LG office being in direct control of happenings of board.
