A3 I do believe that our school and all schools have pockets of innovation. Different teachers have different strengths, varying experience levels, and levels of comfort. I feel that I have been innovative with Google Classroom and parts of the Google suite.

A2 Unlearning is hard. I get very comfortable with how to do something and I don't want to unlearn and relearn. For years I've driven and looked over my shoulder and through my mirrors. I forget I even have a backup camera😂. Old habits die hard!
