@_JesseMeadows_ @theatrebristol What has worked is when I’ve had childcare costs sorted for me. It’s a huge relief to know they are cared for and sage and that my input is valued.

@_JesseMeadows_ @theatrebristol Equality - I’ve been on a show that said it was parent friendly, but that only extended to the actors, not the stage management. I couldn’t have my kids in with me but was expected to watch other’s kids during breaks so the parents could have ‘time away’.
