It’s 2022 let’s all start taking responsibility for our actions. Mistakes happen but it’s how we fix them that says more about us.
WOW! 2 weeks since MY HORRIFIC incident w/@Aeromexico they responded to my sister @shadansaul:
- I’m a liar & my service was granted
- will not admit I WAS on time 2board
- will not admit they were 90min delayed
- zero responsibility for causing me trauma & severe Asthma Attack
A week later & @Aeromexico has shown no effort to make things right about what they did to me &the pain they caused.
Clearly RACISM, DISCRIMINATION & LACK OF EMPATHY means nothing. NADA.

@Aeromexico its truly saddening to see that this happens in 2022. But it is even more disheartening to see how little care you have shown. This is a matter if health and an acknowledgment of a human life. This goes beyond the lack nr morality shown by you .
