@LGCanada I’ve sent you a message. I’m not sure how you’re going to help? Your customer care department is trying to get me to pay $80-$100 diagnostic fee for a microwave which is absolutely ridiculous. Especially when the front of my microwave is stamped “10 year warranty” on it lol.

@LGCanada refuses to repair our microwave unless we pay for diagnostic fees that almost add up to the cost of a new appliance! 🤯 It makes no sense, and they’ve done everything possible to make the warranty claim miserable. Never buying LG again. #Frustrated #LG #Apple 2/2
