@Taiga_May0_0 If im not asleep by then I take my meds, but just DOING this consistently gets my body in the "oh its bed time lets sleep" mode way more often now.

@Taiga_May0_0 24 hour reset, as we do, then start up a regular schedule. I start at 9ish, wash my face, refill water, etc. Climb in bed & read/watch smthn until I feel eepy. Chamomile tea helps unwind. 10:45 my phone yells at me (push notif), head down eyes shut. Asleep by 11:30 (usually)

The current fit does NOT appreciate the extra heat sink on the top for the AIO cooler, both could power and ram get squished by fans.

Putting a new psu in my pc and half hoping it fixes it, but ALSO half hoping it doesn't... b/c if it does, YAY!!! if it doesn't, I need a new mobo. Which means I'll be rebuilding the whole thing anyway, so I might as well get a bigger case that lets everything fit well
