In terms of #agile, I like the two weeks sprints and getting manageable stories done. But man, I hate retros and demos. Retros are always to same thing. “What’d we do well” are always the same answers as previous. Same with what could we do better.
Someone keeps changing their minds, causing me to go back and redo hours of work over and over. Two ways I can look at it:
1) Grumble about working through the issues beforehand and this wouldn't be a problem
2) Job security.

I'm always a bit concerned when I login first thing in the morning, and there are no emails, nor Slack Chat messages waiting for me. The only explanation is that the office and everyone in it was sucked into a black hole.
Designers: When mocking up a webpage, is there a specific reason for doing half-pixels? The number of times I've seen an element's height listed as "27.5px" is just annoying.
@zoom_us - preferences aren't saving (General > Maximize Zoom window when a participant shares their screen) between calls. Is this a not-signed-in issue?
