It's over for Halo Studios as control of the next Halo game moves to Activision.

It really wasn't a surprise, as they ran the franchise into the ground by focusing on pride, women, and things gamers didn't care about... and now it's going to another organization that also celebrates pride, feminism, battle passes, and stuff gamers don't care about...

I really think Western AAA is cooked. It doesn't matter where you take the IP. Every major studio, developer, and company is infected with the woke, DEI types who have no frickin idea what the "gamers want".

What Xbox needs to do, and what Microsoft and every other major company needs to do, is a major reset. Fire everyone and bring back the Chuds in gaming to these studios, who are at least at a minimum, gamers who know what gamers want.

Get rid of the activists.
Get rid of the pronoun warriors.
Get rid of the Karens.

If these employees and developers aren't 100% committed to making the best game possible for the "male-centric" gamers, then they need to be fired.

A number of Blu-ray-related patents for Sony will be expiring between 2026 and 2031, ending their ability to collect royalties on physical movie and video game discs🚀

This means audiences will be forced to rely exclusively on streaming platforms, if physical media is entirely phased out.

Blu-Rays and UHD Blu-Rays have a noticeably superior quality compared to digital/streaming counter parts, as the latter suffers lower video and audio quality due to higher compression.

So once again, this isn’t about nostalgia, this is about Sony taking away:

There is no reason why we should be seeing any studio with a budget of $300m make horrible gender neutral designs that appeal to no one.

It’s so fucking awful it makes small indie studios look like TRIPLE A MASTERPIECES.

NOT TO MENTION….Marvel Wolverine costs $70.

Best believe Knight’s Path or Red Pine Lake will not cost $70 and will be more fun and visually appealing than whatever Insomniac cooked up. It’s not about liking the type of game it is.

It’s about having standards and being wiser. I used to consume slop but now
I’m having more fun than ever playing old games back on Xbox 360. It’s good to see there are still devs that wanna deliver fun games to gamers.
