Your phones are good but it is so difficult to get accessories for lava mobiles
I have Lava play ultra and I am not able to find a single phone case or cover on offline market and the ones available online are way expensive for the quality offered.

First charging me extra for early delivery then product was not delivered

Then next agent said shipping label was damaged will deliver tomorrow
Third said we cannot find your order
When I cancelled, it said item rejected

They cannot help until seller has the product
7 days without product being delivered now cannot refund until seller has it

I have order Lava play ultra from Amazon on 21 November and opted for 2 day delivery. They have still not delivered my order and not giving any satisfactory answer. Please help
