@Nathan_The_Wolf dial in your nutrition and track your macros. there’s a million calculators to tell how much of each macro and total calories you should get per day. when starting, worry less about the type of food and focus more on hitting those macros

@CertifiedLeggi I do however have plans for a ws6 or c5 soon. LS is hands down my favorite platform. I’ve been eying this one up a lot. plans for that will be BTR stage 2 cam + top end support, headers and exhaust. and some cosmetic work too

@CertifiedLeggi because of the business I run, I had to sell my fun car and get myself this Transit connect. Fortunately I also am able to have a little bit of fun with it. basic mods soon (wheels, suspension, exhaust). it is also a 1.6 ecoboost so already did intake + bov
