@eliel_betts Noticed this thought the saka one may not have been on target just touched by the goalie, but Kane def has a shot. Also didn't count the SOG off O'Reilly
@howardruns@TheAthletic The data youre trying to manipulate is saying that someone who works 25 hours a week should be paid the same amount annually as someone working 40 hours a week.
@howardruns@TheAthletic I said wnba, (also not sure why you're tagging them, that's weird)
Using different standards and comparing them is unfair. They arent equal so it isn't fair to compare them. If you're gonna compare the salaries you be using the same per game figure which would be a lot closer
@howardruns@TheAthletic@WNBA@NBA That's unfair to the WNBA, but I would also keep in mind they play half as many games as the NBA and there are far less teams, so far less overall tv revenue.
@jordanrulesTSP@BeholdPaleH0rse@UnderdogMLB No one is saying it's just the wind SF is a perfect example.
Going from 90 to 110 in the same climate has less of an effect than heavy wind blowing out.
To that same effect going from 70 to 90 degrees will have a greater effect with the same wind.
@jordanrulesTSP@BeholdPaleH0rse@UnderdogMLB That's kind of my point. It was already hot but the additional wind helped push. It looks like you have ballparkpal. You should be able to isolate the wind effect.
The game on Monday below was around 90 and had less wind but still great overall.
@MattNitkowski@BlessedWrId@GrishamsStache@MLB That happens often times in baseball because of signability. Austin signed right around his slot value at $1.6M ($1.5M slot), Jordan signed well above his slot value at $1.75M ($667k) just getting drafted higher in baseball doesn't necessarily mean youre the better prospect
@jordanrulesTSP@BeholdPaleH0rse@UnderdogMLB That guy is definitely stupid, but I think this had more to die with the wind blowing out 20 mph than the heat. If it was 90 it would have been similar. 50 in October not so much.
@TheRealChadRyan@FanDuel It's strictly positional value. RBs are a deteriorating asset. A lot of RBs don't have long careers and they're fairly replaceable.
They're paying for Love for what he is going to do, not what he has done.
@nevaseenaring @UnderdogNBA@CelticsCLNS How often do you directly complain to your President if he's been giving you a bag. You may complain to your friends and coworkers, but youre probably cordial with the VP, President or other C-level people cause you don't want to be a distraction.
