Honestly, at first I didn't even want to speak up about this. But then I thought, why the hell should I stay silent when I actually have something to say?

Qwel, your silence and complete lack of response to what's happening right under your nose are slowly burying both you and your project. Waiting for the storm to pass and pretending nothing is happening isn't going to work. This isn't just going to disappear on its own.

People are leaving the fandom. Players are losing trust. They're losing hope for the future of the project. Everything is falling apart right before everyone's eyes. And the biggest problem isn't that something happened. It's that you chose not to respond to it at all.

That's cruel. It's disrespectful to the people who have supported you financially for years, promoted your game, and poured their time, energy, and love into it. Your business exists because of this community, and it's the very community that allows you to make a living from it.

This entire situation has left a bitter taste in the community's mouth. And the problem isn't that people hate you. Quite the opposite. Most people genuinely love this project and its characters. Many are willing to hear your side of the story. Many are willing to have a conversation. But there is no conversation.

Communication with your community is the foundation of any successful project. The moment a creator stops communicating with the people who support them, everything starts to decay. Trust disappears, and once trust is gone, the community begins to fall apart with it.

If this issue resurfaced after two years, then it needs to be addressed. Take responsibility. Explain what happened. Fix your mistakes if you made any. Learn from them. Don't just sit there hoping everyone will eventually forget about it.

If you chose to take on a project this big, then you also chose the responsibility that comes with it. Because if you leave everything exactly as it is now, you'll end up doing the same thing to your next project the moment it runs into serious problems.

The community isn't against you. The community is against inaction. Against ignoring the problem. Against protecting the people responsible. Against hiding important details. Against pretending nothing ever happened. The community is against your friend grooming children. It's against bullying. Nothing matters more than justice. Take responsibility for the project you created and for your own actions. Be a leader, not a child.
