anyone else ever think about the difference between da2 varric and dai varric in terms of friendliness? he isn’t less friendly but i feel like he’s much much more guarded than in da2 because of gestures at the entirety of da2

@AlaysVersion No exactly- and it is blatant in the way Assan chooses Davrin over the other griffons, because they're family and where one is the other WILL follow and it narratively would make 0 sense to part them, even if Rook is a grey warden
