As a kid I was regularly confounded at how nice & grown up & professional other kids’ projects were.
In my 30s I realized it’s because they had help from their parents/their parents did it for them.

@imagine_enigami @ChuckTingle The Target store brand candy corn has honey, but not gelatin, so it works for vegetarians but not vegans. I love candy corn, but also do not eat gelatin, so I spend a lot of time checking ingredient lists.

My first “job” was at my local library… to work off the $100s in fines I accumulated in 6th grade. Thank goodness Libby automatically returns books on their due dates!
