Most organizations think post-quantum migration is a 2025-2030 problem.

Centralized and decentralized exchanges are not quantum-secure today.
They sit at the center of the crypto economy, custodying, routing, matching, and settling trillions of dollars in value. For many users, they are the primary gateway between crypto and traditional finance.
Yet despite their scale and sophistication, most exchanges and trading platforms rely on infrastructure and cryptographic assumptions that were not designed for quantum-era threats.
And when failures happen, they rarely begin with broken cryptography or faulty smart contracts.
They begin with compromised execution infrastructure.
For DEXs, lending protocols, perpetuals platforms, and dApps, this includes runtime exploits, malicious transaction injection, MEV abuse, and coordinated flash-loan behavior that occurs before contracts execute, outside the visibility of audits.
For centralized exchanges and custody providers, risk concentrates in signing servers, withdrawal pipelines, hot wallet infrastructure, operator devices, and internal routing systems. These systems operate off-chain, beyond consensus guarantees.
From the blockchain’s perspective, transactions still look valid.
This applies across centralized exchanges such as @binance, @coinbase, and @kraken, as well as decentralized trading platforms like @Uniswap, @HyperliquidX, and other high-throughput DeFi venues.
Even when smart contracts are well-audited, real security depends on the integrity and behavior of the infrastructure producing and routing transactions.
Some of the most successful crypto platforms today, including high-performance venues like Hyperliquid, show what is possible when product design and market structure work. But as these platforms expand into TradFi assets and become systemically important, the security baseline must rise accordingly, especially in a post-quantum context.
Traditional exchange security focuses on perimeter defenses, monitoring, and post-incident response.
It does not continuously verify whether execution environments, signing systems, sequencing infrastructure, or operator devices are behaving honestly at runtime.
This is where Naoris fits.
Naoris enables exchanges, DEXs, and trading platforms to integrate continuous, post-quantum infrastructure verification beneath execution.
Using trust signals produced by the Naoris network, platforms can verify the integrity and behavior of validators, sequencers, signing servers, withdrawal pipelines, APIs, hot wallets, and operator environments before transactions are finalized.
If infrastructure is trusted, execution proceeds.
If anomalies or compromise are detected, enforcement can occur immediately.
In simple terms: Naoris allows exchanges to move from reactive security to enforced, context-aware execution, where trust is measured continuously rather than assumed.
As exchanges become core financial infrastructure and quantum-era threats approach, protecting execution paths becomes as important as protecting assets.
