I click on "support" you send and nothing happens. I got a cancellation charge on Feb 24th for a ride that showed up late after the app changed my driver multiple times. My original driver was 1 minute away for about 20 minutes. How can I dispute this?

Still need help. I have screen shots of a trip today. I added money to my Uber Cash. I decided to take a trip and chose the payment to be from my Visa card, but Uber still takes away my Uber Cash. Why? How can I fix?
