@AxisBank@AxisBankSupport - I had made a refundable hotel booking using the TravelEdge portal and the refund policy of the booking was as per the image attached. However, when I went ahead to go ahead with the cancellation of the booking, the cancellation penalty read as: (1/n)
@AxisBank@AxisBankSupport and now your customer supports asks me to speak to the hotel regarding their cancellation policy so that they can do the refund. basically asking me to do their job. Why will I speak to the hotel if I have booked thru TravelEdge portal?
@AxisBank@AxisBankSupport kindly look into this on priority. Our account is under Burgundy category and this is not what I expect where different things are communicated over portal vs internal system. This will lead to banking relations being affected. (4/n)
@AxisBank@AxisBankSupport by this logic, I should have "0" penalty if I cancel on the day of the stay i.e. 31st July. The customer care team says it could be a technical glitch why I am seeing this, but that is not my problem. My actions are as per the policy I see on the portal
@AxisBank@AxisBankSupport however, when I contact the customer care, I am told that the penalty amount is Rs 18,270 and not the refund amount because that is what it shows in their system. How am I to interpret this from the portal screenshot? (2/n)
@amazonIN - why has it been soo difficult to execute a return pick up from one of the most common office location - OneBKC in Mumbai? I've been trying to schedule this since almost 3 weeks. 2 of the times, the Amazon delivery guy refused to come up to collect the parcel (1/n)
@AmazonHelp Absolutely ridiculous and irritating how this problem is being resolved. This is the first time I am facing such an issue on Amazon returns.
@AmazonHelp I tried reaching out to @AmazonHelp customer service again 2 weeks back. They again mentioned that the order will be picked up in next 24-48 hrs. And till date, AGAIN, there is no pick up that has been scheduled. I would like you to process my refund immediately.
@AmazonHelp I have spoken to the customer care here atleast 4 times. You can also check the notes against this order. All in vain. Please suggest an alternate way to process this faster.
@amazonIN - request you to process the refund for my return ASAP irrespective of the order being picked up. You guys don't seem to make it necessary to pick up the order so I would not like to wait for the pick up as it has already been 3+ weeks since the return request placed.
@amazonIN - the latest return pick up was scheduled for Nov 1st and the status says return pick up cancelled by customer, which I never did. FYI this is regarding the return for my order number 408-9463137-9107560. Several attempts to pick up the return have been in vain (2/n)
@reliancejio@JioCare how conveniently does your customer care disconnect the call saying "transferring your call to senior executive" when they cannot solve a certain issue. Call back will be appreciated to solve the issue and not exploit loyal customers.
@GoFirstairways@JM_Scindia - @GoFirstairways isnโt giving us any fair options when they rescheduled our flight more than 9 hours earlier just 2 days before the flight. Can you help us so we donโt have to spend 35k from our own pocket? @DGCAIndia
@GoFirstairways - my flight from IXC to BOM has been preponed by 9 hrs. I'm on a tour and it's not poss to take this flight. I called your customer service to check on the options and was told that they will call back within 1hr but it's been over 2hrs, I haven't heard back (1/2)
@GoFirstairways request your team to get back asap with options. My PNR is D451NI and I'm traveling in a group of 11 ppl all of which are on the same flight. Awaiting a call back (2/2)
@BajajAllianz - I have purchased a travel insurance policy (12-9910-0001164865-00). The details on it have been wrongly entered by your team. I have sent the email regarding the same but the case has been closed without getting resolved. Kindly assist.
