3 days without cellular service on an annual plan I already paid for. Support says they can only check status. Store says it’s beyond their control. So who helps the customer? @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio @jiocare My Jio SIM stopped working Saturday evening (“SIM not detected”). At Jio Store I was told to replace it. Paid ₹50 for a new SIM with the same number. Today is Monday and the SIM is still not working.@reliancejio @JioCare

In the end he provided no solution. Store staff told me to redo KYC. I did re-KYC again. Now the application is neither accepted nor rejected even after 24+ hours.@JioCare @reliancejio
