@StateFarm Thank you for the call. She was nice. She explained everything but just reiterated what I knew, no new solution or any options. Back to square one i.e. me having nonreal support from who I put my faith in state farm when an accident occurs.
@StateFarm auto repairs are taking months in post covid world, but you just give rental for few days and leave your customers without any option. You should be flexible in these times. Very disappointed. Tell your new customers that you cant really help them.
@Honda got a 2022 pilot, got into accident. Waiting on parts is like 6-8 months? No one will provide rentals that long. What are customers supposed to do? Does Honda have a plan?
