महाराष्ट्र में पाँच साल में चालीस लाख मतदाता जोड़े गए। लेकिन 2024 के लोक सभा और विधान सभा के बीच के केवल पाँच महीनों में चालीस लाख नए वोट जोड़ दिए गए।

यह कैसे हुआ?

आयोग को मतदाता सूची, फोटो और पता सब देना चाहिए।

ठीक उसी तरह से जैसे दिल्ली में आयोग को 17c का आँकड़ा जारी करना पड़ा।

सात फ़रवरी को क़रीब पौने पाँच बजे शाम आयोग कहता है कि 17c का डेटा हर पोलिंग एजेंट को दे दिया गया है। तब तक लगा कि यही आख़िरी जवाब है। आयोग डेटा नहीं देगा।

लेकिन कुछ घंटे बाद डेटा जारी करना पड़ गया। दिल्ली में कोई जीते और हारे इससे इस सवाल पर असर नहीं पड़ता कि आयोग ने यह डेटा अचानक कैसे दे दिया। क्या उसके पास पहले से सब तैयार था?अगर था तो पहले क्यों नहीं जारी हुआ?तब तो उसके पास महाराष्ट्र का आँकड़ा भी तैयार होगा। आयोग देरी क्यों कर रहा है?
