Now ICICI Travel Insurance is refusing to process my claim unless I get written confirmation from Kuwait Airways that the flight was missed.

Despite the diversion being completely out of my control, Kuwait Airways has not responded to emails and has provided nothing in writing.

After 24 hours, I had to arrange a new ticket from Doha to Casablanca via Qatar
