Absolutely shameful generalisation.
If “a few doctors” are taking referral commissions, investigate them, name them, punish them. But stop painting an entire profession as corrupt.
Doctors are assaulted, overworked, underpaid and dragged to court for complications—yet somehow Parliament finds it convenient to reduce the entire profession to “cut money.”
Fix the corrupt system. Don’t malign lakhs of honest doctors to score headlines.
Some posts hit differently.
We spend our 20s and 30s chasing degrees, ranks, fellowships, superspecialities and the title of being a “successful doctor”—often treating sleep, food, health and family as optional.
But what is the point of saving thousands of lives if, somewhere along the way, we forget to save our own?
Dear doctors, your health is not the price you should have to pay for your profession. ❤️🩹
Thank you for the lesson dr priti
You shall be missed
RIP🙏
This Surgeon is No More 🙏🏻 but has given a life lesson for every Doctor out there .
Dear docs , if your degree tells you to normalise excess duty hours and it is deteriorating your health
Then throw that degree and the people who normalise it in dustbin without regret !
LAWYERS vs DOCTORS
After a lady lawyer tragically lost her life in a road traffic accident, a resident doctor, Dr. Monish Ali of SRN Hospital, #Prayagraj, who was reportedly trying to protect his colleagues during an attack by lawyer groups at the hospital, was allegedly picked up from his home by police personnel in civil clothes.
This is deeply disturbing and raises serious questions about due process and the safety of healthcare professionals.
Doctors across the institution have gone on a complete strike, and if the issue is not addressed fairly and transparently, voices of protest are likely to grow across the country.
How can doctors be expected to work fearlessly in an environment?

The NEET UG has been cancelled !
The cost of conducting this exam Nationwide is approx 1000 crore + which means this is the amount of money wasted to re conduct it .
The nation wants the govt to answer what they have learnt from 2024 NEET UG exam leak ? If they can provide security to an entire state for conducting elections why can’t they do it for conducting an Exam that is linked to the future of entire Nation ?
In this entire failure of conducting exam properly the loss is not of the govt but of those 23 lakh families and specially the honest Aspirants who scored marks and studied day night for it .
Will they compensate their mental harassment that their families have gone through ?
You can not escape without taking responsibility @EduMinOfIndia@dpradhanbjp@JPNadda
Another young doctor lost.
Dr. Suresh Katravath, a first-year General Surgery resident at Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad… gone.
When will we stop normalizing:
• Crushing work pressure
• Inhuman duty hours
• Zero mental health support
Every time this happens, the system hides behind “personal reasons.”
How many more residents need to die before accountability begins?

Over 2,000 CPS postgraduate doctors have DONE their training, SERVED in hospitals, and are now left in limbo because the system can’t get its act together.
Cases dragging in the Supreme Court of India for months. No solution from National Medical Commission. No accountability from the government.
Young doctors are financially drained, mentally exhausted, and effectively jobless — NOT because they failed, but because the system failed THEM.
Dear GOVT,
Will Parliament wake up?
Or will 2000+ doctors continue to be collateral damage of bureaucratic apathy?
This is not delay. This is INJUSTICE.

What happened ?
On 12 March 2026 around midnight, our batchmate, a PGY-1 General Surgery resident, attempted suicide and is currently admitted in the ICU fighting for her life.
She had reportedly been facing repeated public humiliation, body-shaming, and alleged workplace bullying over a prolonged period.
She had cellulitis and had reportedly been working continuously in the ward without sleep for nearly 3 days. Several incidents in recent days appear to have worsened her mental distress:
• During an orientation session, she was told in front of her co-JRs that she needed a psychiatric evaluation.
• In the elective OT, she was publicly shouted at by a senior for being 1–2 minutes late in bringing micropore (a task usually handled by OT staff). She reportedly had a panic attack in the OT and was asked to leave surgery.
Despite repeatedly expressing that she wanted to leave the department due to the extreme stress and toxic work environment, her concerns were allegedly not addressed.
She is a gold medalist in General Surgery during her MBBS exams.
We urge the authorities to conduct a fair and transparent investigation and take strict action if any wrongdoing or harassment is found.
Resident doctors deserve dignity, safe working conditions, and humane treatment.

Another young doctor is fighting for her life.
A first-year General Surgery resident at IMS, Banaras Hindu University allegedly attempted to end her life after prolonged workplace toxicity. She reportedly overdosed on drugs. Right now she is on a ventilator, on vasopressors, battling for survival.
Behind every white coat is a human being.
Medical training is meant to build skilled doctors not to break them mentally.
Toxicity is not tradition.
Harassment is not trainin.
Prayers for her recovery.
Justice and accountability for what led to this tragedy

Why resident doctors suicide is becoming an silent epidemic in India ?
Today my inbox received another case of suicidal attempt by a doctor , 5th such case in a month and this time of PG1 from surgery dept of IMS BHU ,Banaras .
The so called top college where people flaunt the society they got admission and later witness how it’s turning a “slow poison of societal Success”
The 19 century old monk mindset of “This is how you will become a good doctor” still persists .
Doctors marrying doctors isn’t coincidence.
It’s compatibility.
Only another doctor truly understands:
• 36-hour shifts
• Emergency calls at 2 AM
• Missing family events to save strangers
Sometimes the only person who understands a doctor… is another doctor.

So many crucial little performances for India. Tilak Varma at the end, Hardik Pandya everywhere, Axar sensational in the field.... But the diamond that is forever is Jasprit Bumrah.
1. Did you take consent before posting the doctor’s video?

3. How did you conclude he’s on ChatGPT?
