Dear CBDT...

लोग कहते हैं... 1 अप्रैल से क्या कर रहे थे?

मैं कहूँगा... घूम रहे थे… नाच रहे थे… हैं ना? 😄

अरे बाबा, और काम तो कोई है ही नहीं ऑफिस में!
बस 1 अप्रैल से Tax Audits लेकर बैठ जाएँ और 6 महीने उसी में लगे रहें....

ज़रा Ground Reality समझिए।

1 अप्रैल से लेकर टैक्स ऑडिट की डेडलाइन तक सिर्फ Tax Audit ही नहीं होता।

हर महीने के:
• GSTR-1
• GSTR-3B
• GST reconciliations
• ITC reconciliation
• GST notices और queries

फिर:

• TDS returns
• TDS certificates
• TDS reconciliation
• SFT filing
• Form 26Q / 24Q / 27Q
• AIS / TIS / 26AS reconciliation

इसके अलावा:

• ITR filing
• Tax planning
• Books finalisation
• Accounts और financial statements
• Bank reconciliation
• GST annual compliances
• ROC / MCA compliances
• Client queries
• Notices और assessments
• Certificates और other professional assignments

और हाँ… इन सबके बीच Tax Audit भी करना है।

और Tax Audit कोई ऐसा काम नहीं है कि 1 अप्रैल को फाइल खोलो और बस 30 सितंबर तक बैठे रहो।

Client से data लेना है, books finalise करवानी हैं, ledgers check करने हैं, stock और fixed assets verify करने हैं, GST reconciliation करनी है, TDS देखना है, statutory compliances verify करने हैं, tax provisions देखनी हैं, Form 3CD के hundreds of particulars verify करने हैं और फिर report sign करनी है।

और सबसे बड़ी बात... हर client का data 1 अप्रैल को ready नहीं मिलता।

तो जो लोग यहाँ आकर ज्ञान देते हैं कि
“1 अप्रैल से क्या कर रहे थे?”

भाई साहब,
CA का ऑफिस सिर्फ Tax Audit Office नहीं है।

और अगर आपको लगता है कि 1 अप्रैल से सिर्फ Tax Audit ही करना चाहिए था, तो थोड़ा अपना ज्ञान अपने पास रखिए।

Ground reality समझिए, फिर ज्ञान दीजिए। 🙏

If you need an extension of the Tax Audit Date, please continue to demand it and also keep encouraging the relevant business and professional associations to send demand letters in this regard.
If this is not done, the message that will go out is that you don't need it at all.
