Neither does your world class IVR allows me to speak to any HUMAN REPRESENTATIVE without an active claim on my policy.

Firstly, why was the policy number changed and if it's done, why can't it be automatically mapped to my previous 2years policy and show all the existing policies in Claim Giene?
When I tried to map it myself it already shows as mapped but nothing is visible.

What is R&C charge for glucometer strips?
This is not the first time I have claimed Glucometer Strips as it's included in my policy add-on, Claim Sheild+.
@jagograhakjago, this is blatant theft as I'm bound to receive these charges.

@careinsuranceIN Yes you will get coverage but only on paper..
When actually getting the amount reimbursed, which is clearly written in their policy terms and conditions, for Claim Sheild+ add-on, and deducted under R &C charges, they themselves are not aware about the reasonable charge of item.

Forget about that, they don't even know what the reasonable charge for a particular item is supposed to be if it's deducted under R&C

You aren't paying the amount clearly mentioned under payable as per the Claim Sheild+ add-on.
I have already submitted the bills and details over email 3-4 times.
Do not hide behind R&C charges.

Yet, you have denied paying the claim amount which you are legally obligated to.

These vultures will say they will cover things mentioned in non-payable items if you buy an add-on (Which I did)
But are now backing up on their own words
Items specifically mentioned in List 1, 2, 3, and 4 are definitely not covered. @careinsuranceIN
