#Chandrayaan3 was launched at 14:35:17 on 14th July, 2023. India will become the fourth nation to successfully complete the soft landing of a spacecraft on Earth's natural satellite. India will become the first country in the #world to land a spacecraft on the #Moon's south pole.

#Chandrayaan1 had discovered the presence of water on the lunar's surface. #Chandrayaan2 attempted to soft-land on the south polar region of the Moon but lander - #Vikram failed to land safely, losing communication barely 2.1 kms from the ground.

A #DigambarJain monk Acharya Sri Kamakumara Nandi Maharaj was murdered in #Karnataka. It’s been 48 hours since his corpse has been was discovered. His body was cut into pieces and dumped in a defunct bore well.
